Counselling services
A safe space to be heard, exactly as you are.
Counselling is time set aside, with someone trained to listen carefully, without judgement. It is not advice. It is not being told what to do. It is a place where what you bring is taken seriously and treated with care.

What you might be going through
You don't need a diagnosis or a label to come to counselling. Some of what people bring to us:
Whatever is on your mind — whether it feels too small to mention or too big to face — there is a place for it here.
How we work
Our counsellors work integratively — drawing on different approaches to meet you where you are, rather than fitting you into one method. Sessions are typically weekly and last 50 minutes. What happens in the room stays in the room, within clear ethical boundaries.
You set the pace. There's no expectation to have the right words. Many people begin with "I don't really know where to start" — and that is a perfectly good place to start.
Telephone sessions
Often the gentlest way to begin. You speak from wherever feels safe. Many clients prefer the privacy of voice-only sessions.
Online sessions
Video sessions over a secure platform — useful if you'd prefer to see your counsellor. You choose at the referral stage.
Cost — honestly
Our sessions are low-cost and accessible. Where funding is available we will let you know. As a Community Interest Company, any surplus we make goes back into making counselling reach further. We will be transparent with you about what your sessions will cost before you begin.
